Triceps, dips & planking

In between the rain showers I’m praying for better days to come and hoping to soon be able to flaunt in my white denim jeans and pretty flowery blouses.
It’s been a year since I bought this pair of white jeans. I had it customized too with this worn-out distressed effect, but by the time I actually managed to get my hands on them, I was way too pregnant to even wear them. So they’ve been resting in my closet and after months of trying them on, they finally fit … Eureka!
A pregnant body - in my case - sure needs some time to get back to where it came from and I still haven’t lost the entire weight I gained during pregnancy, nor have I managed to get my muscles looking as toned as they were before, but I’m working on it! Summer is after all around the corner and I still have some awesome dresses that I need to get back in.
I have all these daily little work-out reps that I try to do in between my working & mommy routine, there’s my daily minute plank and my triceps dips while watching TV at night, I also have a weekly hour of excruciating painful moments with my PT and I’m trying to get my ‘core’ back together with the help of my beloved Pilates…
It’s hard work and I’d rather just chill out on the local couch with my girls around me, but I’m way too fond of chocolate and good food to not do anything at all. So just do it, has once more become my life motto and on we go with project fit Kirilove just for the sake of white jeans and awesome bodycon dresses.
