Kirilove on the PJ look
Geschreven door Tiany Kiriloff
Comfort dressing has reached a whole new dimension, with slip dresses and PJ’s being on most-wanted lists and being featured in amazing cool editorials.
This time around I present to you my version of the great SS16 trend.
Pyjama pants are here to stay, sleep shirts are the next hot thing, silk & lace have never been so wanted and I couldn’t be more enthusiastic about sultry slip dresses being totally on trend again. Many thanks dear Céline for making lingerie look great as outerwear again. And yes, I’m already training my triceps to be able to flaunt some delicate lacy looks from the minute temperatures start getting a tad bit warmer.
This PJ inspired printed Ganni ensemble is, according to me, the perfect solution for those who just can’t seem to get used to the coming out of the covers look.
As they're not actually PJ's, but just a great looking two piece with out-of-bed allures. It’s the cut of the long sleep shirt kind of top/dress that could be interpreted as the perfect type of out of bed wear, certainly when combined with matching pants.
When wearing PJ styled pants always bear in mind to wear high heels to avoid looking totally ready to go to bed.
Remember that these styles are bound to suit every shape when styled with the proper accessories and combined with perfect textures. I’m thinking silky pants and fluffy knits + stilettos if you understand what I mean.
