Those of you following me on Instagram (@belmodoTiany) know all about my whereabouts last Thursday as I was luckily invited to attend the launch party of the Isabel Marant collection for H&M in Paris. It was once more a blast of a party, but then again H&M never ceases to disappoint… I seem to be repeating myself on this one!
For the occasion, the Tennis Club de Paris (also known as the Céline fashion show venue) had been transformed into the Paris of the hipster ‘90’s; including Parisian hotspots such as the Balayo, bistros, epiceries, souvenir stores and even a roller derby for the sporty ones amongst us.
It was all cool and casual in the true spirit of Marant herself. Amongst the invited celebs were the likes of Frieda Pinto, Alice Dellal, Alek Wek and Audrey Tautou who mingled with the invitees while all dressed up in head to toe Isabel Marant for H&M styles.
The collection was presented on models that danced around a gigantic disco ball and just seemed to have the time of their lives to the beats of Lenny Kravitz , we however had already started queuing as the peeps at H&M surprised us with a pop-up store where the entire collection could be contemplated and bought!
Indeed I was one of the lucky few to get my hands on the very much-anticipated Isabel Marant for H&M collection and I guarantee you it will be worth the wait as iconic pieces of the eponymous collection have been transformed to very affordable priced H&M versions.
Lady Isabel Marant and moi, we're pretty much best friends now...
The entire collection will hit stores November 14, check the shops in Antwerp and Brussels for our little Belgium… I predict a riot, so get organized and good luck on dealing with the queues.
If you can't wait for November 14, you can always enter our contest to come to the fabulous Belmodo 5 years x Isabel Marant pour H&M party extravaganza! But be quick, as places are very limited and very wanted!
Check out the video and part of my wicked experience...
