I guess it took a flight to Essaouira, the tropical and very SATC surroundings of the magnificent Sofitel hotel and some serious encouragement of my colleague friend Mister K. before I decided to flash some belly. But guess what? I eventually did and we have proof to show you.
Turns out I really love the ‘belly flaunting’ trend, but you just have to bare in mind that a certain amount of sit-ups is required to pull this off the right way. Ever since Tao got me back to sporting I’ve been doing some workouts on my very own… just minimal things you can do while you brush your teeth or in between lost hours. The thing is, you have to stick to a routine and be repetitive on a daily base. So if you see me circling my arms for about a minute or more, c-curving my upper body into some kind of a crunch or squatting “duck” style than please forgive me as it’s part of my big “beach body attempt number 10” project and I really hope to get it right this time.
It’s not about being skinnier; I just like it when muscles are toned down, it just looks healthier and sexier I guess.
In my humble opinion; the belly is going the right direction, but butt and arms seem to take ages, which is quite frustrating, but guess you can’t have it all. For you ladies out there fostering likewise ambitions and not lucky enough to be carriers of the Karlie Kloss genes… Perseverantia vincit!
