I’ve got “Perestroika & Vodka” running around my veins. Don’t get me wrong and just interpret this as I love my Russian roots and wish I would’ve somehow persisted in my studies of the Russian language… but guess faith wanted me to start working and offered me the opportunity to launch myself into the ever so interesting world of media.
After years of TV and writing articles for many magazines, project Belmodo was set up and here we are 5 years later, still going strong and zapping jobs in between my online media business, TV, radio and print… I’m a ‘Media Phenomena’, is what PR friend MK said about me recently, I now have decided to reprint my visitors cards and change my status as I really seem to enjoy my new title.
What’s the "Russian" got to do with this outfit post? Well, everything as I built up the entire look around the amazing Alexander Terekhov vest… I firstly had the intentions to wear one of his dresses, but thought this piece would appeal to more fashion peeps as it can revamp your simplest skinny jeans in just seconds. Turns out Mister Terekhov is one of the many upcoming talented Russian designers often spotted on the likes of Miroslava Duma and co. Even blond babe Chiara Ferragni has been caught posing in some of the often very romantic Terekhov robes. So the minute I realized Luisa Via Roma had started stocking the Russian creations, I could not resist and decided to built a silhouette based on the Terekhov vest .
