Not that I’m about to share some kind of national undercover secret of some sort, but to me there is a certain importance to the fashion info that I’m about to reveal…
I’m a hoarder and that comes with heaps of disadvantages like stuffed wardrobes and nothing to wear situations as your decision-making skills are somehow paralysed once you own a certain amount of frocks. However every now and then you bump into pieces you had forgotten about and then ask yourself… ‘Where have you been my entire life?’
So the secret is that I like to buy heaps of H&M, I tend to forget I ever bought them and then become ecstatic when I discover those pieces sometime later! H&M being as fashion forward as they are turn out to be totally on trend seasons later. Case in point are these cropped palazzo trousers, bought a year ago and rediscovered recently. Totally on trend in 2016 and picture perfect when combined with architecturally designed items such as my recently acquired denim top by my beloved Stella M, which by the way can also be used as a denim jacket when unbuttoned.
I hereby would also like to take a minute to focus on the geniality of these fluffy slip-on shoes that my lovely daughter Yelena stumbled upon while shopping in Paris. It was lady Y who pointed these out at the Coach shop and I then immediately fell in love and decided to bring them home with me… Yelena has already made it clear that she is very much looking forward to inheriting these, or how probably these slip-ons are most likely to also transcend seasons to come.
