Sometimes all a girl needs is a black tube dress and a great vest. Life can truly be easy on the ‘vestimentary’ side; you just need the right tools!
I’ve always been very much into Navaho inspired prints and all things boho, hence my truckloads of hippie dresses and this mighty fine Indian looking jacket that I bought from Dutch celebrity stylist Danie Bles, who probably is my kindred spirit when it comes to fashion as she too digs all things boho and vintage.
I like the versatility of this jacket and the fact it looks great on practically everything. From simple jeans to a cute looking dress, you name it and this mighty fine exemplar has got it covered.
Speaking about jeans, I’ve been stocking up on some exemplars lately; from skirts to dungarees, to cropped denim pants. Turns out that I’ve been doing some great investments, as jeans were more than ever all over the street style pics during New York Fashion Week! So expect truckloads of that coming your way, as I can’t wait to show you some of my fall/winter denim looks.
In the meantime please do enjoy my take on the cotton black dress by my favorite rock n’ roll Belgian brand Filles A Papa. These siblings never fail to wow me with their edgy and utmost original take on fashion. They’ve been copied a gazillion times by truckloads of other brands, but sisters Carol and Sarah manage to stay true to themselves and repeatedly they manage to create collections that are daringly and distinct.
