Meet CO|TE, an all-Italian brand designed by two of the sweetest guys I’ve ever met; Tomaso Anfossi and Francesco Ferrari.
For the fall winter of 2016 it was an archive 'street style' picture from the 70’s of the ravishing Isabelli Rossellini and her mother, the ever so amazing & stylish Ingrid Bergman that inspired the duo to create a collection that mixes ultra feminine styles with masculine elements.
This all results in yet another amazing collection filled with great looking silhouettes like beautiful embroidered jeans vests combined with military green cargo pants, black tulle embellished maxi dresses and tartan bomber jackets beautifully embroidered and styled to perfection with lurex jumpers.
Another one of my favourites was the cute yellow raincoat, which was a match made in heaven with the tartan embroidered skirt.
The duo has been conquering hearts for quite a while in Italy & Japan and they have been on my radar for some seasons now. I first spotted their creations on the likes of the beautiful Italian influencer Eleonora Carisi and was immediately intrigued by the feminine creations.
Ever since I’ve been visiting their half yearly presentations and love to see how Tomaso & Francesco grow and how their creations become more and more elaborate. During MFW I had the opportunity to flaunt one of the pretty CO|TE creations, so stay tuned as it will be up on the blog very soon.
