My fashion partner in photography crime, Mister Alexander D, has a new fascination and it seems to be contagious as I’ve suddenly also developed an addiction to Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh infused video clips …
Yes, dearly beloved readers … I’m lately totally into Bollywood and obsessed with all the extremely coordinated moves and dances and the mind-boggling pretty styling and decors.
I’m also totally in love with the strong brow game these Bollywood starlets showcase and I absolutely envy the statement earrings these ladies tend to wear … Givenchy eat your heart out as Priyanka Chopra really knows how to do the real deal nose ring-to-ear thing.
Mister Alexander D and I now have these future plans to shoot this out of this world Bollywood production, keep you posted on how that works out …
In the meantime we'v decided to shoot this MIA infused outfit, which according to me is a step in the right direction in practising how to vamp up my Bollywood allures.
Being open-minded to other cultures and the beauty they reflect has over the years defined my fashion aesthetic and the choices I make in what I wear. These images were taken in Berlin at The Memorial of the Murdered Jews of Europe Monument, not only because of the astonishing beauty of this monument but obviously to emphasise the importance of being open-minded and tolerant to everything that is different.
I don’t mean to get political about things, but truth is that the Brexit for instance was fuelled by fear of having to share with others … such a pity, don’t you think? Very disturbingly we have once more grown to become creatures that fear things that are different, let this monument once more be a reminder of the useless violence and senseless intolerance that comes along with the fear of what differs.
